On your wedding day at our venue, we provide a space where you can bring your unique vision to life. Set up and personalize the venue as you please, while we don't handle the setup, our team is here to address any questions or concerns. Get ready in our beautiful bridal suite, surrounded by loved ones and anticipation. Exchange heartfelt vows in our many beautiful outdoor spaces. Transition seamlessly into the reception, celebrating with your guests and creating cherished memories. We're honoured to be part of your special day, excited to witness your unique love story unfold, and committed to creating an unforgettable wedding experience together.

 The Set Up + Take Down Package

We are excited to offer this new service to Willow Acres. Not only are we offering this exclusive set-up and take down service we are also including some of our brand new decor pieces in this package.

Our Essentials 2025+2026 Package offers a convenient one-day rental option, catering to those seeking a streamlined experience at our venue. This package is ideal for clients who require a single day at the venue and are comfortable with setting up on the same day. Depending on availability, there may be instances where one-day rentals allow for access the day prior if there are no prior bookings.

Once you're ready to secure your spot, we'll provide you with a detailed contract and invoice. Simply complete the necessary paperwork and submit your payment to finalize your booking.

After confirming your reservation, we'll guide you through a seamless onboarding process into our management system. This will grant you access to exclusive resources and updates related to your wedding at Willow Acres. As part of our warm welcome, we'll also send you a comprehensive Welcome Willow Acres Guide, filled with useful information and tips to assist you along the way. Throughout the planning process, we're always here to answer any questions you may have.

As your wedding day approaches, we'll provide you with a final questionnaire, allowing us to gather essential details that will make your day unforgettable. We'll work closely with you to address any remaining questions or concerns, providing guidance and support leading up to the momentous occasion.
